Kaimai Law Katikati originated as a branch office for Edmonds Marshall Burcher in 1985.
In 2003 it broke away from the main Edmonds Marshall practice and became known as Kaimai Law. A branch office opened in Bethlehem in 2006.
By 2010 the remaining partner retired from law and the two branches were separated. Kaimai Law Katikati was established as an independent firm. Christopher (Kit) Robbins was the sole practitioner until his retirement in 2021.
In June 2021 Stacey Heays became director of Kaimai Law Katikati Limited.
